1.2 Major Cities: We offer delivery services to all major cities including but not limited to:

  • Kwekwe
  • Kadoma
  • Masvingo
  • Chitungwiza

1.3 Other Areas: Delivery to smaller towns and rural areas may be available. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.

1.4 International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.

2. Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options:

2.1 Standard Delivery: Regular delivery service for most locations. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

2.2 Express Delivery: Faster delivery service available for certain locations, typically within 24-48 hours. Additional fees apply.

2.3 Collection: You may collect your order from our premises at no additional cost. Collection arrangements will be confirmed via WhatsApp.

2.4 Courier Services: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Cost Determination: Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location and distance
  • Product weight and size
  • Delivery method selected
  • Order value

3.2 Free Delivery: We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value. Current free delivery thresholds will be communicated during the order process.

3.3 Cost Communication: Exact shipping costs will be confirmed via WhatsApp before order finalization. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline based on the quoted shipping fee.

3.4 Payment: Shipping fees may be paid separately or included in the total order amount, as agreed during order confirmation.

4. Processing Time

4.1 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2 In-Stock Items: Products in stock will be prepared for dispatch immediately after order confirmation.

4.3 Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of expected availability and offer alternatives or the option to wait for restocking.

4.4 Bulk Orders: Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time. This will be communicated during order confirmation.

5. Delivery Timeframes

5.1 Estimated Timeframes:

  • Harare and Chitungwiza: 1-2 business days
  • Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru: 2-3 business days
  • Other major towns: 3-5 business days
  • Rural areas: 5-7 business days or more

5.2 Estimates Only: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, road conditions, or public holidays.

5.3 Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

5.4 Delays: We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Contact Information: Ensure you provide accurate contact information (phone number, address, landmarks) to facilitate smooth delivery.

6.2 Delivery Notification: Our courier or delivery personnel will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

6.3 Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, a second attempt may be arranged. Additional fees may apply for multiple delivery attempts.

6.4 Delivery Confirmation: You or an authorized person must be present to receive the delivery. A signature or confirmation may be required.

6.5 Authorized Recipients: If you cannot receive the delivery personally, you may authorize someone to receive it on your behalf. Please inform us in advance.

7. Inspection on Delivery

7.1 Immediate Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery before signing for it.

7.2 Check For:

  • Correct product(s) and quantities
  • Product condition (no visible damage)
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Packaging integrity

7.3 Report Issues: If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, report this immediately to the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours.

7.4 Documentation: Take photos of any damage or discrepancies for evidence to support return or replacement claims.

8. Delivery Address

8.1 Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including:

  • Street address or house number
  • Suburb or area name
  • City or town
  • Landmarks or specific directions

8.2 Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after order confirmation, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the item has been dispatched.

8.3 Undeliverable Addresses: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional delivery charges or collection arrangements.

9. Failed Deliveries

9.1 Reasons for Failure: Deliveries may fail due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Inaccessible location
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unpaid delivery charges (if COD)

9.2 Rescheduling: We will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional fees may apply.

9.3 Return to Tech360: If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the product will be returned to our premises. You may arrange for collection or re-delivery at your cost.

9.4 Storage Fees: Products held for extended periods due to failed delivery may incur storage fees.

10. Risk and Title

10.1 Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery or collection.

10.2 Insurance: Products are insured during transit. In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

10.3 Claims: Claims for lost or damaged items during transit must be reported within 48 hours of expected delivery.

11.1 Public Holidays: Deliveries are not made on public holidays. Processing and delivery times may be extended during holiday periods.

11.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
